Kaylin Lustig
Concord Community Engagement Coordinator
Kaylin joined The Forest Society in 2026 as Concord’s Community Engagement Coordinator. Through partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and local groups she ensures that all members of our community have equitable access to the many trail systems and educational events offered. Kaylin has over 10 years of experience working as an outdoor educator within community college farm and garden programs, and directs two youth farm, forest, and garden programs for elementary age children. She also has worked for multiple nonprofits in community building efforts, leading volunteer teams and fundraising initiatives, always with the goal of connecting more people to the land and each other.
Kaylin is originally from the SF Bay Area, California, and has lived on the east coast for over 10 years. She’s a west coast dreamer with east coast determination and considers both places home, because of the lands and people who make that so.
