Kathy is retired president of Magalloway Consultants, an organizational development consulting business which brought a unique blend of organizational development skills and functioned as strategic counsel to people and organizations. 

Kathy has experience as a knowledge broker, innovator and catalyst for implementing complex public policy initiatives and systems change. She has extensive experience in organizational strategic planning and facilitation, relationship building, fund raising/development, legislative and regulatory change strategies, and in workforce and community development along with, leadership experience in rural community college and public policy initiatives. She is President Emeritus of White Mountains Community College.
Kathy is currently serving as Secretary to New Hampshire Public Television Board, Early Learning NH Board, Citizens Count Board, Audit, Policy and Governance Committees for the Society for the Protection of NH Forests and Past Board member and is on the Program and Development Committees at the Northern Forest Center and is Past Chair of the Board.

 Kathy lives on Lake Umbagog with her husband and enjoys all the north country has to offer.
