Online Executory Interest Reporting

We have developed an online submission process for executory interest reports. This will streamline the process of reporting and ensure both the Forest Society and your organization have access to reports submitted. We greatly prefer electronic submissions to paper forms but will continue to accept paper copies. (For those who must submit a paper copy of the monitoring report, click here for a PDF of the form.)

To submit electronic reports at the Forest Society website, click “LOG IN” in the upper, right-hand corner, and log in with your username and password. If you do not remember this information please email for help.

Take a moment to edit your organization or town contact information. Including a valid email address will allow you to reset your password and will ensure we can contact you by email. It is suggested that you use a general email for your organization (example: rather than individual addresses ( to simplify your process in the long term. You can also change your password here if you choose.

On your account page, you will see a tab that says “Executory Interest Form.” Click this tab to submit reports for your organization. On this page, you’ll find a list of the easements your organization or town has the grantee interest in. Select the easement you are reporting on from the dropdown list. Now you will be asked the same questions as you scroll down the page as you would find on our standard paper report. When you have finished, click “Submit” at the bottom of the page. We will contact you if we have any questions about your report.

If you would like to submit a report for another easement (if you hold more than one with an executory interest behind it), navigate back to your account and choose the same tab to begin the process again.
