Join Forest Society staff as we make replace a few small sections of bog bridging in Dame Forest portion of the Sweet Trail in Durham!
Join us the third Saturday of each month for our kids craft/nature hour at The Rocks. We will meet in the Carriage Barn and spend the first half hour completing a craft and learning about nature. Each month will feature its own theme. Then for the last 30 minutes, we will spend time outside expanding upon our monthly theme.
Come dressed to be outside and wearing sturdy shoes.
In July, we will focus on bears and learning all about them.

The North Country Chamber Players have been impacting the North Country of New Hampshire for over forty-five years. The Players present world class chamber music concerts, on a Pay-What-You-Wish basis, and many free education and outreach programs for children and adults of every demographic.
At this concert, they will be performing Mahler Symphony NO. 4 ("The Heavenly Life") featuring Sara Heaton, soprano.

"Godspell" will be performed as part of the award-winning Theatre Under The Stars' Summer Festival on August 6 at The Rocks.
Taken mostly from the Gospel of St Matthew, with new songs composed by Stephen Shwartz (of “Wicked” fame) this heart-felt show interweaves the story of Jesus and his followers from baptism to resurrection with re-imagined hymns, beautifully harmonized songs and jubilant musical numbers. It’s an inspiring celebration of light triumphing over darkness--serving as a hope-filled reminder that a small group of people can change the world

The Squam Lakes Natural Science Center returns to Bretzfelder Park on Wednesday, August 13 at 6 p.m. for a free program titled “Critter Communities, a Live Animal Program.”
